HERE IS AN EXAMPLE ABOUT AJAX

Ajax is a ten year old, 16 hand, Throughbred gelding who finished his race track career (due to a knee injury) and was gelded at the age of seven.

Ajax has a strong disposition and would need an experienced natural horse person to help guide him. He would not be suitable at this time for a beginner because he is currently being retrained in all areas of positive methods. Poor guy still thinks he is going back to the racetrack!

Because we train using only bitless, treeless saddles, clicker training and natural horsemanship modalities we are looking for someone who could continue this path.

He lives outdoors 24/7 and hates being in a stall mostly due to his past experiences of the race track career. So we are striving to help him feel differently about a stall environment since there are times where we may need to bring him in for a short period like grooming etc. And so far we are making terrific head way!

He is incredibly agile, has tons of energy and is a super quick learner. Although he is able to demonstrate such things as natural jumping and dressage movements we will not send him to someone who wishes to compete in any form.
