Our techniques transcend all traditional methods and are based upon achieving a relationship utilizing positive reinforcement principles. We are on the leading edge of teaching the most effective training methods available to those who wish to go beyond the norm. The candidate will be assigned one of our horses to learn from, build a relationship with, which will enhance and take their education and horse training career to unexplored new heights. In lieu of the extensive training opportunity offered the candidate will also be required to contribute to all barn management practices. This includes but not limited to: feeding, grooming, watering, mucking out paddocks (this is a daily duty) and general maintenance as needed. Preference will be given to the candidate who is most dedicated time-wise and compassionate about horses. The candidate should have their own transportation, valid drivers license (for operating a tractor) and an asset would be having computer/video/photography aptitude for purposes of documenting.
