How many times have we told ourselves and everyone in the barn to make sure the feed room door is closed?

Well sure enough I turned my back just for a moment to sweep the floor and when I heard something that sounded like a lid falling from a bucket to the floor, I looked over and there was Red with his whole body blocking the doorway into the feed room! Yikes!

I couldn't reach his chest to ask him to back up and he hadn't been trained to back up by his tail or any other means I could think of. He had only been with us a short while.

I couldn't come up with any other option but to hope for the best while I got down on my hands and knees and crawled through his legs to get to the other side to back him up!

Not something I would recommend to others!

Anyway, turns out that he was so interested in the bucket he discovered I don't think he even noticed me under there! :0)

I learned a lot about Red that day! And he reminded me again, keep that feed room door closed!
