My Nosey Girls

This picture is of Sierra and my cat, Pee Wee. Pee climbs up the post to get sugars from Sierra as a regular thing. They are both so curious!
Oh, and I've introduced a basketball to my two horses...I took it out to them after their dinner a couple of days ago, and made an absolute fool of myself in front of them. I'd roll it, and kick it a little, I let them sniff it, then I'd bounce it and just jump around and play. haha, at one point they kinda looked at each other like, "Well, she's really lost it this time!" That was the funniest look!! Something tells me that this next summer is going to include some very special times for me and Sierra and Sapphire.

Hi Jen,
I'm so glad someone brought up playing with a ball. When I did this the first time my horses looked at me like I was nuts too! Usually it's me laughing at the antics of my horses but this time I felt they were laughing at me!
Yet if you persevere often their curiosity will raise and they just might join in, then everyone's laughing and having fun! It is a different feeling interacting with a horse this way rather than the usual "training" agenda. When we play this way it comes without expectation, and when that is removed very interesting things can surface.
Keep it up,
