Providing Safety ConsiderationsWe use a strong magnetic clasp to hold the ends together. That way in the event something gets caught under the beads the clasp will release. We also attach a alligator clip (not shown here) that you would connect to a piece of mane hair so when you horse lowers his head it will not slide down to his poll and risk a hoof stepping into it. Diligence on our part is still important so we still suggest you do not leave your horse unattended while wearing it.
When the design creates more weight and the magnet is not strong enough to hold enough pressure we utilize a link that will break in the event in gets caught on something significant so that you will not loose the entire collection. Please don't forget that desensitizing a horse to the reiki beads may be required before riding.
